Safflower oil, organic

The golden yellow cold-pressed Safflower Oil organic has a mild nutty taste and is characterised by an exceptionally high content of linoleic acid. The oil also contains tocopherol and vitamins A, E and K. Our safflower oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 18 months.

Safflower Oil organic with its special proportion of polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids is a significant oil for a healthy diet. However, cold pressed Safflower Oil should not be exposed to high temperatures. It is therefore not recommended for frying, but it is very healthy and tasty for salads and vegetables and for short steaming and cooking.
