We offer Pumpkin Seed Oil in two qualities. The unroasted organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is golden yellow with a discreet fruity smell and taste. The roasted organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is dark green, syrupy and tastes intensely nutty. The Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil is particularly well known and appreciated and is marketed with a protected geographical indication. Both oils contain a high proportion of linoleic acid and oleic acid. Our Pumpkin Seed Oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified and can be stored for at least 18 months.
