Product-Description of Macadamiannut oil, organic

The cold pressed light yellow Macadamia Nut Oil, organic has an intense nutty scent. It has a high content of oleic acid and is characterized by its exceptionally high content of palmitoleic acid. Our Macadamia Nut Oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 15 months.

Application food supplements of Macadamiannut oil, organic

Macadamia Nut Oil organic refines salads and vegetable dishes and adds a fine nutty flavour to desserts. To preserve the valuable ingredients the oil should only be added after cooking to round off the flavour.

Sustainability plays a crucial role for AOT. From the very beginning, we have focused on organic farming. It protects the climate, ensures soil fertility and protects the environment. Synthetic fertilizers and pesticides are not used. It goes without saying that the macadamia trees of our cultivation partner are cultivated in a controlled organic manner.
With our organic macadamia nut oil, we support small-scale farming structures in Kenya. Our Fair-For-Life-certified cultivation partner offers agricultural training for the small farmers as well as support in the medical field and is involved in schools or a waste disposal project. This strengthens the local infrastructure so that the smallholders and their families do not have to migrate to the slums in Nairobi.
