It not only has a very high protein content with all essential amino acids, but also contains a high content of the important minerals magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese and zinc. The organic pumpkin protein is allergen-free and suitable for vegan nutrition.
The organic pumpkin seeds are partially oiled by mechanical pressing. The obtained raw protein is then finely ground and packed for you.
