The beige-green pumpkin protein has a typical smell and taste. Due to the Styrian manufacturing process it gets an aromatic spicy taste. Our pumpkin protein is organic, Kosher and EcoVeg certified and can be stored for at least 24 months.
The organic pumpkin seeds are partially oiled by mechanical pressing. The obtained raw protein is then finely ground and packed for you. The entire production takes place in Germany.

The organic pumpkin protein is allergen-free and suitable for vegan nutrition. The aromatic powder is characterized by its pleasantly tender nutty taste and smell and rounds off e.g. sauces, dressings or soups. It is also suitable for enriching protein-rich shakes and smoothies and for making vegetable spreads or gluten-free breads and rolls. Wheat or spelt flour can be replaced 1:1 by pumpkin protein. For a natural binding capacity, guar gum or psyllium husk powder is added to the recipe for a completely gluten-free dough.
