The fine, yellow-beige Fava Bean Protein organic has a typical smell and taste. It is made from 100% fresh fava beans. The organic fava beans (variety: Kontu) are peeled and ground to flour, the protein content is enriched by air separation. Our Fava Bean Protein is certified Organic, Kosher and EcoVeg and can be stored for at least 24 months.
