Description of the product

Pea Protein 80 contains about 80% protein and has a very mild taste. It is produced in a wet process, in which the protein content is enriched by natural separation processes without the use of additives.

Application food

Our pea protein is suitable for vegan nutrition and is allergen-free.
Possible applications are:

Food supplements and sports nutrition
Bars and snacks
Baked goods and pasta
Drinks and Shakes
as well as the production of meat substitutes e.g. in wet extrusion.
