In the area of research and development work for our plant proteins, we value the beneficial cooperation with the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences, especially with Prof. Dr. Philipp Heindl, Professor of Food Chemistry and Quality Management, and his students. The research work performed so far has already produced several valuable results and findings. Therefore, it was a matter of course for us to become a member of the university's sponsoring association and thereby support the university
