The training includes the following:

• Procurement and sale of goods in large quantities
• Dealing and contact with customers, manufacturers and suppliers
• Providing professional advice to customers, assisting them in making purchasing decisions and dealing with complaints
• Planning purchases, comparing offers and placing orders, etc.
• Planning outgoing and incoming goods deliveries
• Organising and implementing sales promotion measures
• Financial and operational accounting
• Involvement in the organisation of training and further education measures, personnel and salary issues

These are the requirements you should bring with you:

• Numeracy
• A good understanding of languages
• English as a foreign language
• Familiarity with common IT programmes
