Wheat germ flour, organic


The white-beige mottled wheat germ flour has a typical smell and taste. Our wheat germ flour is BIO and KOSHER certified, has the EcoVeg seal of approval and has a shelf life of at least 24 months if stored correctly.
Organic wheat germ is fully deoiled by CO2 extraction. The resulting wheat germ flakes are then finely ground. The production takes place in Germany.
