The beige walnut flour has a typical smell and taste. Our walnut flour is organic, Kosher and EcoVeg certified and can be stored for at least 24 months.
Organic walnut flour is made from 100% high-quality walnuts. The organic walnuts are partially oiled by mechanical pressing and then ground. The entire production takes place in Germany.
