Description of the product

The beige walnut flour has a typical smell and taste. Organic walnut flour is made from 100% high-quality walnuts. Besides its protein and essential amino acids, it contains the valuable minerals iron, magnesium and calcium.
The organic walnuts are partially oiled by mechanical pressing and then ground.

The entire production takes place in Germany.

Application food

Due to its nutty taste, it can be used, for example, to make small power balls or bars together with dried fruit, can be added to muesli, smoothies and protein shakes or serves as the basis for vegan ice cream. In gluten-free baked goods, it can replace classic flour varieties, just like almond and Brazil nut protein.
