Heliaflor® Extrufix 50 HO is a high-quality organic sunflower protein made from 100 % dehulled high oleic sunflower seeds. Our Heliaflor® Extrufix 50 HO is organic, Kosher and EcoVeg certified.

Due to the gentle production process, sunflower protein is rich in high-quality vegetable protein in its native form. Our Heliaflor® products and sunflower protein contain all eight essential amino acids, in particular sulphur-containing methionine, and can therefore be used to enhance legume proteins, as these tend to be low in sulphur-containing amino acids. Conversely, the higher content of the essential amino acid lysine in legumes enhances sunflower protein.
