Description of the product

Organic cold-pressed Soy Oil is orange-brown in colour and has a typical nutty smell. It contains a high proportion of linoleic acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid. Soy Oil is characterised by the highest lecithin content among vegetable oils. We also offer refined organic Soy Oil, which is almost colourless and odourless. Our Soy Oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 18 months.

Application food

Soya Oil organic is a valuable edible oil that contains essential unsaturated fatty acids and soya lecithin. It is used as salad oil, for raw vegetables and dips. The oil is suitable for baking and frying, but should not be heated too much. In the food industry, Soy Oil is used for the production of margarine.
