The bright yellow Rapeseed Oil organic is cold-pressed and smells typical for the species and slightly nutty. It contains oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid as well as secondary plant substances and vitamins. The erucic acid content is less than 2 %. Our Rapeseed Oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 18 months
The cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil organic is excellent for salads, dips and raw vegetables, adding a nutty flavour to the dishes. Refined Rapeseed Oil, which is largely neutral in taste, is often used for frying and baking.
