Pistachioflour, organic
Product-Description
The greenish-yellowish pistachio flour has a typical smell and taste. It has a high protein content, low fat content is, organic and EcoVeg certified and has a shelf life of minimum 18 months.
Pistachio kernels, organic are partially deoiled by mechanical pressing. The raw protein obtained is then finely ground using kryonert® technology. Production takes place exclusively in Germany.

Application food supplements
Pistachio flour can be used to refine desserts, smoothies and spreads. Its greenish-yellowish colour makes it very suitable for decorative purposes in pastries such as macarons, cannellés, madeleines or financiers.
