Palm Kernel Oil Refined, Organic - from wild collection

Description of the oil

The whitish Palm Kernel Oil refined, organic is odourless and solid at temperatures up to 30° C. It is extracted from the kernels of palm fruits and is a by-product of palm oil production. It contains mainly saturated fatty acids such as lauric acid and palmitic acid. Our Palm Kernel Oil is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 18 months.

Application food supplements

Palm Kernel Oil is mainly used in the food industry for the production of confectionary such as chocolates, coatings, ice cream and fillings. It is also used in margarine and spreads. In the kitchen, organic Palm Kernel Oil is used as a frying fat and as a substitute or supplement for coconut fat.
