Golden flax flour, organic

Description of the product

The Golden flax flour has a light yellow color, a typical smell and taste. The organic Golden flax flour is made of 100% high-quality golden flax seed. It contains not only valuable protein and essential amino acids, but also calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. The flour is allergen-free and suitable for a purely vegetable diet. The golden organic flax seed is partially oiled by mechanical pressing. The raw protein obtained is then finely ground under exclusion of oxygen using kryonert® technology (special temperature-controlled and product-friendly process). The production takes place in Germany.

Application food

Flax is an old cultivated plant, which has gained importance again today due to its oil. In addition, its protein content and its accompanying substances are an ideal building block for a balanced diet. Due to its good swelling properties, flax flour is very well suited as a vegan egg substitute in bread and pastries, as an ingredient in gluten-free pizza dough, for thickening shakes and sauces or for making vegetable roasts.
