Description of the product

Coconut Oil/Fat, organic is a white, solid fat at room temperature, and a liquid clear oil at higher temperatures. The virgin Coconut Fat smells intensively of coconut. It contains mainly the saturated fatty acids lauric acid and myristic acid, which causes the high melting point. Our Coconut Oil/Fat is ORGANIC and KOSHER certified. It can be stored for at least 24 months.

Application food

Coconut Fat organic is very heat-resistant and ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying. The neutral-tasting deodorised Coconut Fat is popular for couvertures and confectionery. The virgin Coconut Fat lends the typical coconut flavour to Asian dishes, fish and rice pans.
