The reddish-brown Hazelnut Flour is made from 100 % high-quality defatted hazelnuts and is characterised by its intensely nutty aroma. In addition to its protein content, it has a high content of vitamin B3 (niacin) and B7 (biotin) and the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Hazelnut Flour organic is suitable for vegan diets and is also gluten, lactose and soy free. Our Hazelnut Flour is Organic, Kosher and EcoVeg certified. It can be stored for at least 18 months.
Organic hazelnut kernels are partially de-oiled by CO2 extraction. The raw protein obtained is then finely ground in the absence of oxygen using cryonert® technology (a special temperature-controlled process that is gentle on the product).
The entire production process takes place in Germany.
