The beige-brown oat protein has a very subtle species-typical smell and taste. Our oat protein is organic, Kosher and EcoVeg certified and can be stored for at least 18 months.

Selected organic projects
Our organic oat protein is obtained by upcycling the production of oat sweetener. The product is mechanically filtered, pasteurised by the process heat and then spray-dried. The entire production takes place in the EU.
