Chia flour, organic

Description of the product

The chia flour is made from 100% organic chia seed. Besides its valuable protein and high fiber content, it is characterized by its content of the minerals calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It is allergen-free and suitable for vegan nutrition.
The brown-grey chia flour has a typical smell and taste.
The Bio Chia seed is partially oiled by mechanical pressing. The obtained raw protein is then finely ground under exclusion of oxygen by means of kryonert® technology (special temperature-controlled and product-friendly process).
The entire production takes place in Germany.

Active ingrediens

Chia seeds are regarded a superfood because they provide the body with valuable nutrients, minerals and trace elements. The soluble dietary fibres slow down the breakdown of carbohydrates and provide the body with long-lasting energy. Chia seeds also have a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids.

Application food

Our Chiaprotein opens a wide range of applications. It is allergen-free and suitable for vegan nutrition. Due to its strong swelling properties, it is suitable for the production of chia gels and can replace consistency enhancers such as xanthan and guar gum. The gel can also be used as an egg substitute during baking.
