Broccoli Seed Oil organic has a delicate nutty smell and is a rarity among vegetable oils. The seeds contain about 10% oil. It has a balanced proportion of oleic and linoleic acid and an exceptionally high proportion of erucic acid. Broccoli Seed Oil organic is exceptional because of it's triglyceride composition, which is special in terms of its long-chain fatty acids. There is no suitable subsitute for this special oil. Organic Broccoli Seed Oil is ideal for hair care products and is described as a natural silicone substitute. The oil adds shine and structure and is therefore popular for conditioners and for treating damaged hair. The hair does not look stringy or greasy in comparison to other oils. Good slip and spreadability are also advantages of the oil. Broccoli Oil is therefore a good coice for lip products or liquid make-up.
