In order to develop a network between companies, universities, colleges and students and to carry out joint research, the organic food industry created the research prize of the same name. The research prize will be in its eighth year in 2020. The team of the BLQ, which is in charge of the prize, together with the sponsors have taken this as an opportunity to present the prize with a new name in the coming decade. The prize is now called "BioThesis", subtitled Research Prize Bio Food Economy.
